The Programme kicked off with Orientation Day, when the Museum welcomed the first group of thirty-six tertiary student ambassadors in the HKPM Jockey Club Auditorium. Students got to know each other through a series of orientation and ice-breaking activities and received orientation learning packages. They also visited different exhibition halls as an introduction to the Museum.
